Reading List
Here’s the list of books that have shifted my mindset and significantly influenced how I parent, live, think and nurture relationships with the people I care most about.
I strive to find books that provide practical strategies and tools that are based in science based evidence and the latest developments in in child development and psychology.
I am in no way affiliated with any of these authors or the sites that sell their publications, these are books that I recommend purely based on the positive impact they have had on me and my family.
Most of these titles are available on Audible, I’m a massive fan of listening to an audio book on my commute!
I update this list regularly so feel free to revisit if you need reading inspiration.
Best book that I have read on ADHD as a general topic, from a clinical perspective. Very easy to read and incredibly informative without being overwhelming. Some great practical strategies also.

A recent addition to my favourites list, I love this book for both its take on the evolution of parenting from tribal life to where we are now and the practical tips and strategies that it teaches.

Beyond Behaviours by Mona Delahooke PhD
This book really opened my eyes to view that all behaviour is communication and that when we see it as such, we are able to more deeply meet the needs of our complex kids. Delahooke shies away from labelling and diagnoses and instead teaches for what we need to look for when decoding our children’s behaviours.
